Our electricians on site will advise you of a change to the scope or pricing as soon as they become aware of it on site, and pricing will be relayed to you as soon as possible.
Our onsite staff can usually quote smaller things straight away on site, and our office staff are equipped to provide pricing for regular items/jobs at short notice.
If pricing requires speciality items to be priced from a supplier, this may take a little longer as we are relying on supplier pricing times.
The electrician assigned to your job will communicate with you in person, and/or via phone call or text, and the office can communicate with you via phone and/or email.
We invoice on completion of the job. The invoice is emailed to you with a notification text sent as well. Bank details are included in the how to pay section of the invoice. There is also a credit card link with the invoice, but please be aware there is a surcharge for payment by credit card.
