I highly recommend BPM Electrical. My heat pump was not working and Brandon was first class in service, timeliness, and solved the problem straight away. Master electricians, very reasonable rates and professional. Will definitely use them again!

I have had the team at BPM come and do 4 separate jobs for me in the last 8 months or so and they been fantastic to deal with every time. I have had various different team members so the different pieces of work and all had very high work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, skill and care. They are also a great bunch of people on a human level. I highly recommend them for any job you might have.

They also did a safety check of the property as it is an older house and we are getting BPM Electrical to upgrade our Main switchboard. Last year as a part of a house renovation/upgrade project, we thought it would be nice to add in a family Hot tub/Spa to our garden landscaping, new deck and general house upgrades.We purchased it from Alpine Spas, and asked for a recommended electrician, they immediately gave us BPM’s contacts without any hesitation!After a site visit from Brandon, and the inclusion of some other essential works, we received a very professionally produced, clear and fully detailed estimate of the works needed... And all at a fair and reasonable price.If we had any questions they were all answered in a clear and easy to understand way, so feeling confident we moved ahead with them as our ‘project partner’.When the works began the communications from the company on when and what was to be done were pro-active and timed so we didn’t have to ask.Our electrician Paul arrived with his apprentice as expected, and immediately started the reconfiguration of our outdated house wiring.For some reason we lacked some essential modern safety features, that are now mandatory in any new build, which he installed of us, offering an easy explanation of what they were for and what they did.That stage was then signed-off by the Council inspector who commented on how good the work was.A week or so later one of our other builders accidentally put a screw through an electrical cable while on our metal roof.The extra safely protections Paul had built-in worked immediately, proving beyond doubt the value of what he had done!The builder was OK, and grateful our set-up had stopped him for getting a vey nasty shock or injury falling from the roof!!As the works have progressed over the last 6 months, I have got to know Paul better and am constantly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, patience (while working around other on-site contractors with different schedules and agendas), and his meticulous attention to his work and his calm and friendly attitude while doing it!Nothing was too much for him, and all our requests were accommodated quickly and easily, with all work completed to the highest of standards.The work is now finished, but I wanted to share my very positive experience with those looking for one on NZ’s best run electrical companies.From a simple day-to-day perspective, all our household devices now work perfectly, with no fuss or switchboard trip-outs (as it used to) when things were plugged in, and we know they are all 100% safe and everything complies with the building standards and regulations.We are now 100% confident when working from home, and our family are also enjoying the improved water flow/showers from the new water tank pump he installed for us.BUT best of all the deck, the Spa and in-deck lights around it just look awesome!!!What BPM has done has so changed our house and the way we use it for the better.Thanks team it’s been a pleasure working with you.If I have any other electrical work in the future, Paul is on my speed dial list!!

It was a great service from you. Unfortunately it was just coincidence that when I had a dimmer light switch replaced! Then my lights flickered, my microwave made a slow noise. Thought I had poltergeist. You came back. Checked everything. Power sockets. Original Dimmer problem. Then suggested to Phone Vector. I did. Sorted. It was just coincidence. Sorry but Thank you.
